The feeding process of the whole line is controlled uniformly. If there is any error, the whole line will stop working, thus improving the safety and reducing the reject rate. 

Major equipments: front roller table→longitudinal monorail double end milling machine→longitudinal brushing machine→middle roller table→automatic feed bin→traverse double end milling machine

Major parameters: longitudinal feeding speed: 80m/min; working width: 90-500 mm; total power: 100KW.

Remark: the longitudinal double thin rail double end milling machine is of L-shaped narrow chain structure, and the traverse double end milling machine is equipped with traverse axis and jumping cutter.
